How does shipping work?
After the auction has concluded winners will be contacted in the following few days to set up shipping and/or customization. We ship domestic and international
If I don’t want to pay with a credit card can I still bid?
We require a credit card on file to bid but when it’s time to check out you can use another form of payment, such as ACH, Apple Pay or Google Pay. All you have to do is let our rep know when they contact you after the conclusion of the auction that you would like to use another form of payment. Payments will take up to 7 business days to process.
Are all items in the auctions customizable?
The majority of the items we auction on our platform can be customized by the winners unless they have already been customized prior to the auction. See examples of our previous work here
What is the customization process like?
At the conclusion of an auction a member of our team will reach out to discuss options and walk you through the process.
What if I’m not available to participate in the auction during the allotted time?
Using our app or website you can set max bids for the items you are interested in ahead of time. This will allow you to bid without having to actively participate and this can be set ahead of the start of the auction. Upon the start of the auction you will automatically bid the minimum bid and this will continue each time a bid is raised until it reaches your designated maximum bid.
If my maximum bid is reached can I increase the amount?
Yes, you can increase the amount of your maximum bid by going to the item you want to increase your bid on and selecting a new amount.
How will I be notified if I win?
You will receive a notification via email and/or through the app at the conclusion of the auction prompting you to check out.
